This is only the second time I have bought a car, but what a difference at New Autos Inc. My girlfriend and I went in knowing that we were going to buy a Mazda CX-5, but didn't know the differences between 2014, 2015, and 2016 models. They took the time to show my girlfriend and I the differences and helped us find the one that matched what we were looking for. The whole time, we were never pressured to buy a car, or sold something that I didn't want or need. They went above and beyond to make this the best car buying experience possible! They helped me get the loan through a local bank and took care of all the paperwork. We ended up spending thousands less than we would have going through a dealership. I did my research, contacted New Autos, Inc., and they came back with an offer that was actually less, out the door, than I anticipated. They also gave me a fair price on my trade-in. I have had bad experiences with car dealers in the past, including one salesman hurling insults at me as I left the premises. With New Autos Inc. it was such a relief to just call, get a good price, and pick up my Toyota Corolla. It was delivered spotless, with a full tank of gas, and less than 300 miles on it. They even sync'd my phone to the car before I left. There really was no down side.

How often can you say you bought a car in less than 30 minutes?! I went in, told them what I wanted... They found it, I went in, all the paperwork was prepared, financing taken care of, in half an hour I was driving away. Awesome! I'll be back when I buy my next vehicle! Thanks for everything!

I loved doing business with New Autos, Inc.! There is ZERO "sales game." You simply let them know which car you want, they tell you the price (which will be the lowest price you could possibly get), and you say "Great, I'll buy it!" that's how it worked for me: A few days later I was driving my brand new 2016 Toyota Prius through downtown Chico! What is really appreciated is how they are there for me, if I have any questions or concerns about my new car. It isn't like they find you the car and then you're on your own.
