Over my lifetime, I have purchased close to 20 vehicles using the conventional dealer visit method. All previous purchases have been, at best, only satisfactory and most have been bad experiences. I have never purchased a 2nd car from any dealer that I purchased a car from. Earlier this month, after going through the same frustrating process trying to buy a new SUV, my daughter suggested that I contact New Autos, Inc. What a great recommendation. I'll never go back to another auto dealer. The entire New Autos staff were outstanding in every respect. The buying process was simple, staight forward and conducted by experienced professionals. The entire process was completed within hours of contacting them. Within 3 business days, a new Honda Pilot was waiting for me at the New Autos, Inc. facility. My new Honda Pilot had all the features I was looking for at a price that was lower than any of the cars offered by dealers or internet buying service companies I had been working with. What a great experience!
